1. Introduction

STR Assistance provides professional Airbnb Business Management services to help hosts manage their Airbnb listings and optimize operations. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Services”: All services provided by STR Assistance, including but not limited to guest communication, booking management, listing optimization, cleaning scheduling, and other related Airbnb business management tasks.
  • “Client”: The individual or entity using our services.
  • “User”: Any individual accessing our website or services.

3. Services Provided

We offer a range of Airbnb business management services, including but not limited to:

  • Guest communication
  • Booking management
  • Listing optimization
  • Pricing strategies
  • Calendar management
  • Cleaning and maintenance coordination
  • Account setup and troubleshooting
  • Custom services tailored to individual Airbnb business needs

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments for our services can be made on a monthly or project-based basis, depending on the scope of services.
  • We accept payments through Payoneer, Wise, and PayPal (working on getting Stripe).
  • All payments must be made in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Any additional costs incurred during the provision of services (e.g., Airbnb fees, third-party services) will be the responsibility of the client.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our services, we will provide a refund within 30 days of the service date. Refund requests must be made in writing, stating the reasons for dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

STR Assistance is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to damages related to guest disputes, property damages, or Airbnb account issues. We do not take liability for any guest-related issues or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients. STR Assistance will never share any client information, including guest details, payment information, or other sensitive data, with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If the client terminates services before the completion of the agreed-upon term, they will be responsible for paying for services rendered up to the point of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Region], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
